Head of International Logistics
You will lead the operational coordination of warehouses across the countries where we operate, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and scalability. Own cross-country warehouse coordination and performance.
What we're looking for
- Coordinate warehouse operations across multiple countries (inbound/outbound, SLAs, exceptions)
- Drive standard SOPs, KPIs, and weekly performance cadence
- Partner management: 3PLs, carriers, customs-related flows where needed
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to cost, speed, and accuracy
- Strong logistics/operations background in international environments
- Data-driven mindset (KPIs, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement)
- Ability to lead cross-functional execution with high operational rigor
Controller (Vendor + Seller)
You will run management control across both Vendor and Seller models: profitability, cost allocation, and performance reporting that supports decisions. Build the financial control layer behind performance.
What we're looking for
- Build and maintain P&L views by business line (Vendor / Seller)
- Track contribution margin drivers (fees, logistics costs, returns, deductions)
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Create reporting cadences for leadership: monthly dashboards and key insights
- Controlling / management accounting experience
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills; comfort with structured reporting
- Marketplace economics understanding is a plus (fees, chargebacks, returns)
Amazon Vendor Account Manager
You will own account execution and client success, with a focus on operational performance and measurable outcomes. Manage enterprise Vendor accounts with operational precision.
What we're looking for
- Day-to-day management of Amazon Vendor accounts (execution + governance)
- Coordinate internal operations (logistics, content, retail media where relevant)
- Run weekly performance cadence with clients: KPIs, issues, priorities
- Identify growth opportunities and risk areas (supply performance, deductions)
- Proven experience with Amazon Vendor Central
- Strong client management and structured communication
- Plus: previous experience working at Amazon
Operations Intern
You'll support day-to-day operational tasks and learn how to run processes that scale. Learn how marketplace execution works -- end to end.
What we're looking for
- Support operational workflows (orders, tracking, exceptions, coordination)

You'll support the creative team in producing assets that are designed to convert -- across marketplaces and campaigns. Build marketplace-ready content and creative assets.
What we're looking for
- Support creation of marketplace assets (A+, Brand Store modules, banners)
- Assist with adaptations/localization across markets
- Organize creative files, templates, and production workflows
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with common creative tools (Adobe/Figma -- any is fine)
- Interest in performance-driven creative
